Breathe in the Funny is a mindfulness-based workshop linking the fundamentals of yoga and meditation with improvisation.
In this fun, no-pressure workshop we'll use relaxation and breathing techniques to help us be more in our body and out of our chattering mind. We'll work on being engaged, listening, and experiencing the present moment.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga and improv.
